This 60-minute yoga class will support you gently to release long-held and habitual tensions in the whole of you — body, mind, and spirit — while at the same time inviting you into the gentle and mindful building of strength and resilience. No yoga experience necessary. Come as you are, and we will meet each other right there.
A series of five classes: April 1, 8, 15, 22, & 29 12:10 p.m. - Lunch Break Mat Class In this class it is important that you readily be able to get up and down off the floor. This lunch break class will begin promptly at 12:10 p.m. and end at 12:50 p.m., followed by an optional 10-minute meditation for those who would like to stay.
